EV charging is now available !

I thoroughly enjoy my stay at Station 101 and I say this out of my experience of being a resident for the last 18 months. In terms of location, pricing and value for money - I am sure there are competitors around but what differentiates Station 101 from others are the property managers and Staff (esp Samareeb, and Diana) who are very cooperative and prompt in responses and actions. This is a key factor one should consider when choosing a residence / apartment which most of them miss out and hence want to call this out. Well, i am dropping this review on my own as I wanted to take this opportunity to personally thank the Staff & Station 101 Mgmt for making the EV charging slot available right at my designated parking slot - so +1 star for Amenities :)

Best Apartments with excellent staff

The best apartments with all the facilities one will need. The entire management, maintenance team, and manager Samreeb are extremely kind and understanding. Fantastic management

We moved here in Dec 2020, the only best thing in this year happens to us is, moving to Station 101. This is a very nice place in all perspective. Happy to be back!

We opted Station 101 for its silent surrounding, walk to shop and a good school around in B/2016. We continued to stay here in Station 101 for more than 3+ years, till E/2019, not realizing that we might have to change. Unfortunate that we had to leave US for a short stint. In few months, We decided to comeback to US. Started a search for an apartment. Guess what, we decided to come back to Station 101! We contacted Station 101 for an apartment. They were so cooperative and supportive to find us an apartment and book it online. I didn't have to worry about anything other than signing the lease. Once we landed here, things were made easy for us. We just took keys and checked in. All happened because of Samar. Thank you Samar! We are happy to be back in S101. We feel at home!
