I am submitting this review to formally document ongoing security failures within this community. My bicycle has now been stolen twice this year from the apartment’s bike room. The bike room requires multiple RFID access points, and there are security cameras installed. Despite these measures, unauthorized access clearly continues to occur. I also experienced multiple package thefts from the package room. I requested security improvements multiple times. The only action I have observed is that the area was cleaned, with no notification to residents about what happened to the apartment and security improvement plans.

I’ve lived at Mylo for almost a year. The apartment is nice and spacious. The complex has many great amenities but they are only valuable if you use them, I do not. I think the garage parking is great and I love that there are electric chargers on each floor. I do NOT love my community of inconsiderate people who park in charging spots but do not charge. This is also the same community that inconsiderately leaves piles of garbage in the trash room instead of opening the chute and placing it inside or following the guidance to break down boxes and bring them to the main dumpster. I feel safe, and also suspected that my things would be safe but have had very valuable packages and mail stolen. In all fairness, my 100% speculation and belief is that they were stolen by the delivery people and not the other tenants, but who knows. I needed maintenance once and they were super responsive and very friendly. Other times when I just wanted to communicate with someone, it’s like a ghost town. There’s no real office and if you go there they look at you like you’re trespassing and you’re not supposed to be there, so I tried the email route instead but no one responds. So I just gave up. When you do connect with someone, they are really nice, it’s just hard to connect. Overall, it’s a decent place to live. I would probably rate the value higher if I actually used all the great amenities, and at the same time, I wish the other tenants didn’t act so entitled and actually cared about their neighbors. In the end, I don’t find it worth the cost and will move at the end of my lease. I considered staying in a smaller apartment, but no one responded to queries so I guess it wasn’t important to them.

I have lived here for just under a month but I've really enjoyed it so far. I've heard a lot of negative complaints about the property during my search but I was pleasantly surprised that it is nothing more than a situation of seeing only negative comments online. That said, there is a glaring issue of package management. I personally cannot find a solution to this problem since a single package room caters to all the units in 9 buildings within the community. The solution proposed by the management team is not too bad but leaves the organization to the delivery personnel from Amazon, UPS, FedEx, etc., which are seldom followed. But, since I cannot think of a better way to solve this aside from disaggregated the package rooms for each building which would cause more confusion if packages are in different buildings, I am satisfied with this situation. Thank you.
