Rodent issue, pool has no heater, constant rent increases, dishonest property management. Property looks crappy, trash laying around. Management is difficult to reach. They never answer the phone.

They charge water and garbage which is a separate expense. Can be close to $200 monthly. Poorly maintained property. Pool gets closed down by the city so closed most of the time. My kids get bord

Pool.didnt have a heater. Only 2 washing machines and not maintained well. Rent increases every 12 months. Good location though.
