Villa Musica

Villa Musica is a quaint complex near the Santa Barbara Bowl. It is a very quiet location & was completed in early 2020. Each apartment has heating & air conditioning. 1 bedrolm apartments are quite small, but have decent appliances, including a diswasher.

My husband and I have lived at Villa Musica for 10 months and we love our apartment and the entire complex. It is pet friendly, quiet, and luxurious. Also, each unit has great amenities, and you're right next to the Santa Barbara bowl. So close in fact you can sit by the local fire pit and listen to concerts at night. Overall, a wonderful apartment complex with responsive staff and management.
