My apartment is one bedroom. The manager lives on the property and she always has the best disposition. Maintenance is always attentive. We live on the side of the highway, there is no noise as soon as you close the window. It just vibrates but you put something on it so it doesn't move and that's it. It's always clean.

Just wish the laundry room was open later, closes at 9:00.

The neighbors don't share street parking for residents or visitors. Cars are double parked or never moved to save parking. Maintenance and landscaping is always done on the weekend and done early. The weekend should be the sleeping in days and peace and quiet.
