All Style, No Substance

The location is great, right off the freeway, super close to the airport and South Coast Plaza. The complex as a whole is always maintained well, clean concrete, grassy bbq areas and lit pathways. Parking is rough for couples with 2 cars since there is no garages or enough spaces for everyone. We frequently park at the public park up there street. The gym is sad, no free weights or room to use any of their sad equipment. The community laundry rooms are decent, there’s only 2 on the property so don’t leave your chores until Sunday night! Unfortunately, the property can get quite loud with the surrounding neighborhood and tenants living here. It’s dog friendly which is a bonus but if you have a puppy in training beware that your neighbors won’t have the patience for their barking. Also, no one really gets packages delivered here. I’ve had a package stolen from my front door within 2 hours of it being delivered! And if you’re leasing an older unit that isn’t renovated be prepared for several dozen coats of paint on everything. Paint and humidity, not good. The office just had a complete change in mgmt so I look forward to seeing how the new team tackles some of the easier issues.

Ugly place

Worst place ever trying to move out never recommend no parking at all and now you have to pay for parking monthly lots of homeless and drug addicts
