Communications used to be better. In the past, we'd get an email and a note on the door. We don't necessarily get the emails anymore. For example, we didn't get an email about the water being shut off during the day a couple weeks ago.

This is place is good to live in, but maybe only temporarily because theres often a lot issues with the apartment complex.

Upon First doing a walk-through with one of the only leasing staff members, they mentioned that they were working on hiring security To protect the property, which I believe safety is number one where you live. It has been a year and I have never seen a security Guard on property. Frequently there is homeless people that get Into the property to dig in the garbage bins, and I have been woken up To a screaming homeless man having a drug episode.

Moderate to loud noise at times, parking is difficult and there are transients that frequent the property often. Overall, still a safe place to live and the staff has been amazing.
