Its a pretty great place. Parking can be really hard to find for uncovered spots late at night. And visitor parking is worst.

Anthony, Nely, Margaret and Belinda are staff I’ve interacted with since moving into the Reserve in June. Anthony has delivered above and beyond service since the beginning when he brought me to tour the current unit im in now. He has been extremely helpful throughout the move in process and even when I had a couple maintenance concerns - they were always quick to resolve it in 24-48 hours. Maintenance in general is also super quick and I appreciate the quick responsiveness of everyone here.

Love the place, but the consistent stink from peoples dogs pee and poop is overwhelming. The windows in the apartments need to be replaced because they let in too much air due to being outdated, causing air-conditioning and heater to run more (leading tenant to pay more for those). Along with the front door, not having proper seal either. Would like to see carpets being replaced as well as they seem old and have a stench to them. Although there’s not much the front desk can do about the homeless it is a little bit annoying, especially with zone two parking and how much they loiterer back there and leave trash, causing it to stink really bad as well. Also with them getting inside the gate and going through the rubbish everywhere. All in all neighbors are friendly and quiet location is really solid and staff is friendly especially Anthony!

We like living here. It has a pool, a gym, a patio for a picnic, a playground, and a dog park too.
