I feel like when things breakdown here for example the elevator or the parking gate, it takes forever to fix with no compensation for the tenants that have to do without

There are many pros and a few cons with this property. Pros: 1) Very close to the freeway making it convenient to get places. 2) Close to Vons and Trader Joe's, 3)the units are larger than most 2-bedrooms, 4) Maintenance staff is quick to address unit issues, 5) Staff is friendly and helpful. Cons: 1) Many homeless in the area 2) The elevators are always down 3) The water is always getting shut off due to some emergency, 4) the rent increases even with all of these persistent inconveniences.

I find that it is very difficult to get in touch with property management. Whether it is too discuss charges or rental agreements or a question/concern. I also feel like I am often met with resistance and a sense of defensiveness when I do get a return call. I think that it would be mindful of community property leaders to understand this is a place that people call home, They are living in a time where they are paying A LOT of rent, they don't need to be treated as if they are just a contract. Its an observation and opinion.
