I find that it is very difficult to get in touch with property management. Whether it is too discuss charges or rental agreements or a question/concern. I also feel like I am often met with resistance and a sense of defensiveness when I do get a return call. I think that it would be mindful of community property leaders to understand this is a place that people call home, They are living in a time where they are paying A LOT of rent, they don't need to be treated as if they are just a contract. Its an observation and opinion.

This is by far one of the best places I've lived! I have a HUGE 2 bedroom. Comes with washer/dryer, central a/c, unlimited parking options, pet friendly. Right off 55 and 405, so easy commute. Maintenance is awesome, respond quickly. Noise isn't great, but honestly that is my only complaint. Love to call this place my home <3

This was such a great place to live. The only reason I am leaving is because I am relocating to a new city, but otherwise I would stay at this apartment as long as I could. I live in a one bedroom loft-style apartment and it is worth every penny in rent. Everything received five stars, except for the parking and that is only for two reasons. First, the resident parking is quite tight, so parking can be difficult sometimes, especially if you have a car neighbor that doesn't keep within their lines. Second, there isn't always guest parking available and there isn't much other parking that isn't reserved or for the shops. Other than that, my time here as gone by very smoothly and I recommend this apartment to anyone looking in the area!

I have not lived here for long but the staff is very attentive and responsive, facilities are kept clean and the community is very safe with the locked gates. The community is of very high value for a good price. Highly recommend!!

The enviornment is very good. It’s quiet and fresh here. The gym is the most amazing part. It was definitely a great choice for me to sign the lease here.
