I've lived in this community for over 7 years now. There is a very low turnover rate for obvious reasons. Greatest value in the surrounding area, safety, and great management.

Small little community, and safe for the most part. Rent keeps going up for historic apartments that need to updated for the rising rent. If you are not related to the managers family your chance of moving is zero to none..

The place was built in the 1920's. Ceilings are extra high. 10' wide grass strip between the 4 duplexes on each side. Great location in northern Santa Ana near the Floral Park neighborhood.

Great community to live in. Owners are very respectful and l have your interest in mind.

This is a Spanish Bungalow style historic property with lots of charm. Almost 100 years old, it doesn't have modern amenities but I like it because of its seclusion, high ceilings and overall charm. I've lived here over two years and find the residents respectful, friendly, and quiet .. not a party place, that's for sure.
