Great location

Superior location. Great parking, close to nature. Plenty of shopping close by. Maintenance is lacking. I'm moved in last year Sept 2022, still waiting to have unit repairs done. Kitchen faucet leaking, No balcony porch light, Stairwells were to be steam cleaned. all are filthy. My Microwave is still broken since I moved in... not sure what is going on. Sign says Luxury units, not so much. :( Rents are a little high for such poor service.
