Overall, my experience has been OK. There are some things that can be worked on. More professional with maintenance and also parking.

Overall Harbor Riveria Apartments is a great place to live, I do think the maintance back ups are a bit of a pain, you send in a reuqest and they will not fix it for weeks even months.
