I have lived here over 20 years. The interior of the units are well maintained, but the interior hallways and common areas and exterior of the building is in disrepair. It has not been painted for over 20 years, the flooring in hallways is old and needs to be high pressured washed. That used to be done, but hasn't been done in years. Elevator flooring is worn. Paint chipping on interior walls, The roof is threadbare and need to be replaced. There is also severe termite damage on the exterior wood trim of the building near the rooflines. The laundry room has 7 washers, three are working, and 7 dryers. I think 4 are working. This has been going on for months. On site management is good. She does what she can with what she is working with, an investment LLC that does not want to spend money on the building. Its maintenance has sadly diminished over the years. My rent is excellent. The interior of my apartment is well maintained.

Hi I have lived here for 22 years. So that must say something. Upsides are a great in house manager, low rent, parking, and North side upper levels have great views, a balcony, and secured parking. The downsides lately have been that if the maintenance is not an emergency, it can take over a month to have something replaced that is not working properly.

Elevator is always broke. Should buy another one looks like there used to be a pool/jacuzzi add that as an amenity

Good morning Our laundry room with approximately 7 washers and I think 9 dryers has been severely neglected over the last six months. There is now 1 washer and 1 dryer that works. I have been a tenant here for 20 years, never have been late once for my rent payment and never created any problems here. The building is in disrepair. I could provide photos for you if necessary. The interior hallways, lobbies, stairwells and laundry room need to be painted. They have been neglected. My apartment has not been painted in 20 years. Respectfully, Melanie Van Pelt #405
