Avoid

Pro: On-site management is great. They push for improvements such as new carpet in the halls and better lighting in the car port. Cons: Ancient electrical. I can’t make coffee and microwave at the same time. Not nearly enough outlets. I use many power strips and extension cords. Also, two-prong outlets so worn out things easily fall out. Huge windows. They seem great for daylight, but the make the space into a greenhouse. On a 70 degree day, it can be 85 inside. No airflow, either. Noise. The nearby properties all have landscaping. Get used to hearing leaf blowers 8-5, Monday through Saturday. They groom this property on Thursday, Forget getting work done, watching TV, or doing anything for that hour while the buzz drills into your skull. Early morning garbage pick ups are loud. 24/7 heavy traffic on El Camino too. Trucks on El Camino routinely rattle the windows. The windows are paper thin, brittle glass that breaks easily. Air quality. Particulates from leaf blowers are in the air all the time, as is pollution from El Camino. It leaves a layer of black stuff on the window sills. Kitchen is tiny. My refrigerator broke, and they replaced it with the smallest, cheapest one possible. There’s plenty of better places for the same money.

Property manager is very friendly and helpful

If it wasn't for Adam and Semira I'd have move out of this place long time ago. They make up for a lot of the shortcomings of this property.

Overall

Limited parking, maintenance not good, too bad there’s not pool anymore, laundry machines are expensive and not working properly.
