i have lived here for a year now and my biggest issues are the noise levels due to the building being old but that is hard to get past. i overall have very nice neighbors and the location is just ideal. i do have to say parking can be an issue for gueests sometimes but other than that no complaints

I have enjoyed living here so far. the apartment is beautiful with crown molding, new fixtures, new finishes, hardwood floors, and tall ceilings. I love our balcony and the privacy of the forest-y canyon behind it. So happy i found this place and Alejandra in the office was so helpful when i asked for a video of the place and she got back to me right away, i leased it sight unseen!
