This property has real advantages — the location is convenient, the building itself has charm, and maintenance is generally solid. Unfortunately, the biggest issue here is noise, which is amplified by the wooden structure. Late-night disruptions from neighbors (TVs, stomping, pacing) often carry through walls and floors, far beyond what’s reasonable for apartment living. What makes this more frustrating is that concerns raised about noise have often been dismissed rather than addressed. Tenants deserve a respectful and peaceful environment, especially at night. I hope management takes this more seriously moving forward and finds ways to support residents who are impacted. I would recommend this community only if you’re less sensitive to noise or don’t spend much time at home. For those who value quiet and responsiveness from staff, it’s something to think about before moving in.
