Why Renters Love It Here

Residents appreciate that the property is quiet and conveniently close to various amenities. They also value their long-term living experience, with some having resided there for several years and expressing overall satisfaction with the living conditions.

not worth it

The rent is above market and it's not worth it. These are NOT luxury apartments. The washing machines and or dryers are always breaking down. There is no visitor parking. There is no respect for your privacy from the managers. There's loud disturbances very often. The entrance and the exit are the same and there very little space for two cars, people zoom in and out and it feels like you're gonna get hit every time you enter and exit the premises.
