Perfect Place to Live

I've lived here about 2 years now. It's the best place I've rented from in California. Everyone who works here is incredibly kind and understanding, while also working efficiently. The pool is very nice, the complex is quiet with plenty of parking. The apartments are also very nice and spacious, with some of the fairest pricing in the area!

Cozy

Location is between the main road San Marcos BLVD and the Freeway so it always has that nice ambient stick noise. People around the apartment are cautious about their sound levels so no screaming or horn blaring in the parking lot. Location is very clean with nice maintained foliage when you walk in. Parking it plentiful.

Best pricing for area

This was the best pricing for the area and amenities available (laundry room with over 15 washers/dryers), animal friendly, lots of parking available, pool, easy in-and-out access, gated w/ patrol overnight. Pretty quiet area and right next door to an elementary school. Neighbors respectful of each other. Just wish they substituted the pool for a gym. Can’t complain about the pricing per unit though compared to other apartments in the same area.
