I love the peacefulness of my apartment location, only thing is it’s not updated with appliances. No dish washer, some apartments have carpet others have hardwood floors. The rent keeps increasing but no updates are being made. Service request go unanswered, that could be from the fact that our building doesn’t have our own manager like it did in prior years. The grounds are always clean besides the trash always being filled and overflowing. The price that us tenants pay her things need to be updated and fixed immediately.

I'm a long-time resident. I've seen thing change rapidly not for the best on somethings, The rent is continuing to increase, but the rentals are still lower than other locations. My favorite is the size of the apartments, you do your money worth.

Marina Haven is a great place to live. I've been here for 24 years my daughter grew up and move away. I love the area it quiet and neighbors are really friendly. One of my favorite things is the size of the apartment of how much space they are huge and at a great value. When I first move here I was only paying $800.00 a month for rent. I see all the changes that has gone on through the years. Overall this is a great area to live. I only have one downside to leaving here it's the parking. If you have more than one vehicle the parking is bad. If it was possible to have to parking stall that would be awesome.
