Several restaurants, drycleaners, Asian grocery store, housewares store, nail salon etc. is a 10-12 minute walk away. - Real bed, queen-sized mattress, clean sheets/comforter, nightstand, writing desk with office chair, 2 bookshelves, 2 lamps, secondary table and a folding chair. - Room size is ~176 sq. ft. - You will also have access to common areas including the kitchen, dining room, living room, and foyer. The common areas are also fully furnished. - Free garage and/or driveway parking available - Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates and cutlery. - In-house laundry room conveniently located on the same floor as the bedroom - Bathroom will be shared with one other tenant of SAME gender - Nice backyard patio with a small pond/rock garden to relax -with a book and enjoy the sun - Rent $1100 per month. First months rent due at move in. Security deposit is first month’s rent and due when contract is signed. - Utilities are shared with other tenants, typically $150-250/month, depending on the season. This includes gas, electricity, water, internet, and waste/recycling. This is due on the 1st of every month. - Minimum 6 months lease, can extend up to a year. You are welcome to use the kitchen and dining area for your meals/snacks. - Clean up common areas after each use so other guests can enjoy the space. - Refrigerator and kitchen cabinet space to be split amongst ALL guests.
