We've had a pleasant experience living here so far - front office and maintenance are friendly, prompt, and helpful. One area that has room for improvement would be the washer/dryers - there are often ones not working or that require a re-wash due to function/dirtiness.

The apartments are clean and management is great about responding during business hours. The walls (and ceilings) are a little thin but it's nice to have a pool and laundry nearby and the ducks are a bonus.

Dated interiors but they seem to try to keep the place up. There are parking spaces under bedrooms for our unit and the people who use them have no respect for those sleeping right above them. The grounds are usually kept up and unless you want hate mail from management, do NOT allow a plant to die on your patio. Overall, it's alright. It's the most affordable in the area which isn't saying much as this is California. Parking is not great and is likely to get worse with the new building going up on the corner of Keystone and Saratoga.
