You can find a mini paradise tucked away in the middle of a residential street. The landscaping at this apartment building creates a lush and green environment to come home to after a long day at work or in traffic. Beautiful ferns, camellias, and other plant friends adorn an enchanting pathway to the back of the building. Family friendly, this spot has a diamond shaped pool veiled in the back. Residents are amicable and keep to themselves. Occasionally you can hear someone singing sweet melodies through the wall but hey, that's apartment living! Beautiful views from the bedroom - with the window open you can let the sounds of the city lull you to sleep. Water is included at this location which is an added bonus. Parking is limited in terms of what the apartment provides but there's plenty of it on the street.

I have been here for 4 months, and everyone has been great. The apartment is homely, with great neighbors all around. The maintenance of the apartment has been spot on too. Any issues you have will be addressed right away by the maintenance staff. The only downside is requesting or asking about anything other than maintenance. I've requested for a parking spot for months now, but have not received any response through the online platform. You will have to directly contact Lisa on many of these matters, which feels like a waste of mine and her time.

I've lived here for about 3 years. Lately ( within the last 4 - 5 months, people have brought in dogs at least 2 neighbors) I've basically had enough of the barking and irresponsibility of those residents that have the dogs. there's really no security at this complex, the water heaters or heater breaks down from time to time. And I caught a guy breaking into the coin laundry machines so that there's only 1 washing machine that works. Management hasn't done anything about getting the laundry machines to work. I thought that in order to live here that the contract says no pets aloud. What's the story here? Are people getting preferential treatment in order to live here? It makes one wonder.
