when we found this place we were told that we would have 3 parkings. the that changed to they could not accommodate 3 they could only accommodate 2 .we said okay that fine then on arrived we come to find out they could not accommodate even 2 parkings leaving us to find parking outside on the streets ... my car was stolen parking outside on the street. i have to sleep inside my car outside on the streets to to make sure its not taken again or even having to park in the red inside the gates and sleep in my car so i dont get towed and the one time i go in the house they towed my car and i have to pay $480.00 to get my car out . red curb parking i know is a tow but really if its said you can accommodate parking you should ..i shouldnt have to pay 4,000 rent and have to sleep in my car

My experience living here has been great. It is our first time renting and it has been made easy for us. We've lived here for over a year now and are appreciative of the staff and maintenance crew. We love all the windows in our apartment. It is probably our favorite part. All the sunlight and being able to view all the beautiful trees that surround the building. Even if there is an occasional issue, the staff is quick to fix and very understanding. Would recommend it for first-time renters like us.

Every week we get incovneienced with constant construction or other reasons to come into our units. The staff clearing doesnt care about any of the tenants, its about how to rent out a unit as fast as possible. I will not be renewing when my lease is up.
