Great place to live and raise family

We stumbled upon this housing community when it was first being built. We where one of the first families to move in on the Renters side. It is nice an quite and great breeze when we open the windows. It has a the small town vide but still within driving distance of everything you would want and our favorite part is that we are withing 30 min of great camping so we can get away from everything. Would definitely recommend for either big or small families the neighborhood is nice and everyone seem to get along.

Anemities????

We are being charged for anemities that are not even completed or set up. Park unfinished, basketball hoops at park are only 8ft tall with no rims. ADT alarm system that is supposed to come with resident still not hooked up. We have driveways/ garages so we shouldn't have to pay for parking. We pay for our own garbage. The water still smells like chlorine if we cook with it we get sick.
