The location is convenient and offers good value. Older buildings, so the ceiling is low. However, noise from neighboring apartments is audible when walking down the hallway. Additionally, in the courtyard, you can hear people talking loudly or engaging in other activities when their windows are open. Management should improve enforcement of the no-smoking policy both inside the apartments and in the common areas. The maintenance staff, security personnel, and leasing team are professional and courteous. Parking is NOT free. They have many parking spaces, but do not offer these to tenants unless they pay extra monthly.

Northpoint apartments are great, a wonderful value for the money. The complex itself looks a bit dated, but the apartments are renovated nicely and have nice amenities. Great value for the location!

I absolutely love living at Northpoint! The location is perfect and the places around the building are nothing short of fantastic! I've been here for almost one year and plan on staying for a long time. The only thing that caught my attention is the staff. Personally, I believe none of them are approachable. Every time I come into contact with a staff member, other than the maintenance staff, it feels like I'm bothering them. So I just don't ask them anything if I can get around it. But the residents are all really nice and cordial.
