North Fort Scott is set in a tranquil, Eucalyptus-shrouded area tucked behind the adjacent Pilots' Row neighborhood. An airy feeling permeates the living spaces of these three- and four-bedroom townhouses thanks to double-high windows, cathedral ceilings, and open floor plans. North Fort Scott also values play and gathering. In the center of the neighborhood sits a popular playground, like a boisterous town square with a sandbox. Picnic tables and a stand-up grill beckon residents to mix and mingle. As secluded as it feels, this community is a stone's throw from the Golden Gate Bridge, offering quick access to the open spaces of Marin County. Crissy Field is a short run away, and Baker Beach is easily accessible via trail.

I love living in the Presidio!

The staff are so communicative and really easy to reach. All my neighbors are open and friendly and we watch out for each other's parking spaces, cars, and even packages. It's a great community that lives here and I feel so blessed to be part of it. I love being able to walk the trails and go to the beaches and almost every other weekend there is a special event happening in the Presidio. It is a slice of paradise in amazing city.

Beautiful and iconic place to live.

We recently moved to be close to our grandkids. It is a lovely place to live and there are beautiful places for walking and a grabbing a bite. My only "complaint" would be having to pay for our second car. Most households have at least 2 cars and my thought is parking should be free for the first 2 cars, after that some sort of fee. Glad to be living here.
