Older building that has gone through a fairly comprehensive gut renovation. Great location, awesome neighbors, and incredible mid-sized family-owned management company that's been a delight to work with.

Great place to live in a central area!

I love how fast management is to fix issues in my apt (which have been rare), this apt goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable! I especially appreciate all that the building manager does to make all residents feel comfortable.
