Value is pretty good for what you get. Sometimes i have concerns regarding safety and noise due to location. Wish we had nicer sink fixtures and garbage disposal.

Overall, 770 Van Ness Avenue is a good place to live. The building manager, Al, is absolutely Amazing! The office staff, particularly maintenance, needs to be more communicative (in general).
