500 Folsom is the best apartment weve lived in in sf so far! The apt unit is beautiful with floor to ceiling windows and very effective washer/dryer and air conditioning/heating. There are no issues with neighbors and maintenance is always super responseful. Only critique is the package room is not that organized and sometimes takes a long time to find our packages

I love this current building & community that I live in but the indoor smoking issues in an ongoing problem. I've complained to building management, but no adjustments have been made. I understand that there is a limit to how much they can control, but it has gotten to a point where I will be moving out at the end of my lease agreement. I hope building management can find a way to address this problem effectively.

I’ve really enjoeyd my stay here at 500 Folsom so far. The staff are nice and understanding. The apartment units have great views. There is minimal noise, which is very suitable for people who prefer more quiet and serene environments.

A solid city-living experience overall. Staff is helpful and quick to respond to emails, calls, and any type of requests. Packages are very secure and food deliveries arrive conveniently. Only problem is a lack of guest parking and easily accessible local parking spots for visitors.
