Before this place caught on fire it was barely livable, now I'm busy fighting the landlord just to keep a shred of dignity.

I've been here over 20 years and have no problems. Especially since the city has move the homeless camps out and hired guards who patrol the area

15 years at this residence. Very safe building, neighbors and management are awesome. Daily maintenance /cleaning is wonderful, but there are long term issues never dealt with such as trash chute has never been cleaned. Basement always smells. Stairs to basement need improvement-they are falling apart. Linoleum in hall to basement stairs needs replacement. No amenities since it is an older building (bike parking, roof access etc.) Location is very convenient/accessible, although outside not always safe feeling. Overall it's a great place to live for the value, if an older building with character is preferred.
