Living on one of the most crowded intersections in the city feels central but can be a nightmare with all the traffic and honking. The single-pane windows do not help :(

The noise from oak street and banging pipes is unbearable, even for deep sleepers. There is no difference in noise level from keeping the windows open or closed. Property managers should make the windows double paned and seal the gaps. Otherwise, the location and building feel very safe and its in a great central location.

I've lived here for nearly 1.5 years now. It's a nice, bright apartment that feels like home. The noise level from Oak street is pretty loud, so I would highly suggest a noise machine and for property management to install thicker/sealed windows. Otherwise, we love the apartment!

I've lived here for about 8 months. It's a nice, well maintained apartment building! My only complaint is the noise. It's so bad, my roommate and I have considered moving. I'm on the third floor, and it's impossible to sleep without earplugs. The windows should be at least double paned and not have gaps between them that allow noise through.
