Nothing I perfect

The neighborhood is the #1 best place for me. The hallways and laundry are always clean and the noise, is non existent on my floor. The manager is a gem. My one problem is the working of the laundry. If, as i was told, I can use my credit card ,why doesn't it work? The package and door are a welcome addition to the building.

Parking

When I ask for switch parking space, response is slow & people point figure to each other. not efficient . Economy is bad & you increase parking space rate, so many people left the garage. Life is hard, don't you want to give people a break for parking rate. do you want to leave not collecting money or empty space or should keep reasonable rate for working people. The option will push people park on the street to save money or left SF permanently.
