This property is quiet, clean, well maintained, rarely any problems but when they happen management is very quick to fix! Love living here!

Nice, quiet building. It is kept clean and in good repair. Staff are friendly. Good access to Muni busses in all directions. Shopping and restaurants are within reasonable walking distance.

Extremely loud fire alarms in the building/units have gone off multiple times in the middle of the night. Once, multiple times in ONE night. Building management hasn't done anything yet. Not a peep.

I really enjoy living here, tenants and staff arenfriendly and maintenance is easy to schedule and timely, building is clean, quiet and staff is friendly and helpful!

The building itself is average but the ownership keeps it up by replacing elevators windows, etc., by installing earthquake ameliorating supports and smoke detector, and by consistent cleaning. The inhabitants are almost always very quiet. The neighborhood is walkable and provides normal routine needs quite well.
