Package Delivery & Buildings Utilities

I recently had a package stolen from the lobby shortly after it was delivered. It would be nice to have a more secure package drop off for residents. I informed my building manager but he wasn't able to do anything other than say I'll keep an eye out. It would have been helpful if he checked with other residents to confirm nobody grabbed it by mistake or to tell residents to keep an eye out for suspicion people snooping around packages in the lobby to make sure it doesn't happen again. Also, the building utilities are MUCH higher than what my leasing agent quoted me when I signed my lease. She told me to expect to pay between $120-$150. It's misleading to then get a $180+ bill each month when you have to pay your individual PG&E on top of it. I really like my apartment and wanted to support and recommend RentSFNow to friends and family looking for places in the city but it's difficult to justify that additional bill each month on top of rent.
