Good Value

I have lived here a year and have been satisfied. No bells and whistles but it's very affordable to live here. There have been a lot of maintenance issues with the building (elevator, water main, etc.) but they are fixed very quickly, and in unit maintenance is also addressed quickly.

My partner and I lived here for two years in a studio and moved to a different building during the pandemic to safely pod with others and have more space. We returned to this same building in 2022 to get a one bedroom and love it. Safe neighborhood with city views and an amazing park across the street. All of the units in this building are huge, PG&E bill is low, property manager is friendly and accessible. A new issue has started to develop with the elevator being more frequently out of order, so that's the reason the for the imperfect rating.

I have no issue living in this building except for the thin walls. I can hear everything my neighbors are doing and it's not a very pleasant experience.
