Incredibly responsive management and spacious studios. Laundry in the basement is a huge plus, as well as excellent location. The one issue is that the courtyards on each side of the building function as echo chambers, which can make it noisy if a disrespectful neighbor moves in. But all in all very happy to live here.

I’m paying way too much for this studio, and the condition of both the unit and the building has been unacceptable from the start. When I first moved in, none of the electrical outlets were working. The walls had to be opened and the entire system rewired—something that should have been properly inspected and resolved before move-in. On top of that, the oven was leaking, causing a gas smell throughout the apartment. There’s also a crack in one of my windows that I’ve reported multiple times and submitted maintenance requests for, but it still hasn’t been fixed. The building amenities are equally frustrating. The laundry machines are extremely outdated, only accept quarters (which is unreasonable in 2026), and the washers smell strongly of mold—so much so that I avoid using them entirely. Shortly after moving in, the elevator was out of service for three days. My toilet has also broken twice. Overall, there have been constant maintenance issues that make the apartment difficult to live in. To make matters worse, there’s an ongoing issue with stolen packages and even groceries, which has not been addressed. At this price point, I expect a safe, functional, and well-maintained living environment, and that has not been my experience.

The apartment building is being renovated and will be very nice when the renovation is over. Nice people live there and the property management group is great.

The building is dirtier since they bought it. It's great that the managers are now almost always in the lobby.

The building is in a nice location and neighbors are generally quiet. My only complaints would be that trash os left around sometimes, and packages often get stolen. It would also be nice for management and resident communication to be organized where replies and messages aren’t delayed.

The building is well maintained and has very nice residents that live there. We have been there over two years now.
