1041-1059 Broadway

Maintenance Staff does very little, the outside of the building is loaded with untrimmed plants and cobwebs. The hallway to my place has cobwebs everywhere. If I did not trim the yard outside of my apartment, it would look like an untamed jungle, yet they offer no rental discount for the landscaping I do. I'd like a discount, I've been doing the yard for over 3 years now.

Great Place

Love this location and my space. When I saw this available back in 2021, and toured the apartment, I wouldn't let the realtor out of my sight before I applied. I've been very happy here, and love my garden. Great neighbors and staff responds fast to fix things.

I've been here a year now and LOVE my apartment. When I was looking at the place, I saw the layout, yard, and the beautiful view from my window and outside the apartment and had to live here. Maintenance is fast, neighbors are friendly and we look out for each other. My favorite location I've ever lived in the City and I'm from here.
