Overall it has been a great experience. But we had a pipe burst, filling the apartment with steam and i also was trapped in the elevator for over an hour. This was an extremely traumatic experience seeing as i had to use the restroom and was not helped out until an hour later. Other than that we love our apartment and the building

Overall a great place, but A couple issues
We love our renovated apartment, we wanted to live downtown to be close to work and to our friends, Manny the building manager is always very helpful and kind, but since we move a couple weeks ago my wife was trapped in the elevator and one of the pipes of the heater broke filling our apartment with steam.

Good apartment and nice location in the city. A bit sketchy and close to tenderloin, but secured. Relatively quiet area.
