bad neighborhood, everything is always broken, garbage trucks are extremely loud and wake you up every day at 7am, management refuses to try and get the company to collect trash later on weekends

Elevator dropped half a floor yesterday and I got stuck in it for an hour and a half because brooksfield refuses to pay to get them fixed. This place is lucky no lawyers have been contacted at this point

All-in price includes base rent and required monthly fees based on default selections. Optional and usage-based fees are not included. Security deposit amounts may vary based on screening results. Residents must maintain renters insurance with at least $100,000 in personal liability coverage.
