bad neighborhood, everything is always broken, garbage trucks are extremely loud and wake you up every day at 7am, management refuses to try and get the company to collect trash later on weekends

Elevator dropped half a floor yesterday and I got stuck in it for an hour and a half because brooksfield refuses to pay to get them fixed. This place is lucky no lawyers have been contacted at this point

The elevators are always down. I've lived here for two years and not once have all worked simultaneously. We're lucky to have 2 up and running for a property with over 700 units. The utilities have been an even bigger issue recently. Water gets shut off every other day, and that is not an exaggeration. Pipes are constantly bursting as well as the trash chute dealing with problems. The utility bill has tripled since these issues started, leading me to believe the tenants are paying for the building issues.
