Wish we had in unit washer and dryer but current laundry room has been sufficient Wish there was a hose in the parking area

We love living in this building, the location and View are unbelievable. But that is exactly what we are paying for. After talking to many of the neighbors on our street they can not believe we pay over $4000 a month to live in a building that doesn’t have central air, no in unit laundry, and no special amenities.

Living here for about 6 months. The view is great. Neighbors are friendly. Laundry situation isn't ideal but works reasonably well. Summer could get hot without AC

The apartment was renovated before we moved in to look very nice. However, after just a few days of moving in it was clear to us that the building owner used the cheapest supplies possible to make the renovations. Our Dishwasher was brand new and didn’t work, both bathroom sinks leaked and had to be fixed, the kitchen cabinet handles immediately started to fade paint off, and multiple light/ electrical outlets were wired incorrectly and needed to be fixed. The biggest complaint is the paint used on all the walls, it is absolutely the cheapest worst paint I have ever seen. If you rub your finger on the wall or attempt to hang even the lightest picture frame the paint will crumble off the walls. There are also no in unit laundry machines, only 2 in the basement. For $4000.00 a month it is very inconvenient to have to go to the basement to do laundry. The location and view are the best part of this building. The property Manager John has been exceptional and we have really enjoyed communication with him whenever we need something.
