There are no accessible visitor parking spaces here

There are alot of things i can share butbthe one that bothers me the most is the visitors parking situation, yiu need a parking pass that can only be used dor 2 hours max and onky accessable to the manager 24/7 and her guest

Disorganization

I have lived here for quite sometime and have noticed quite a few things that should be looked further into, mainly having to do with out the property is managed. Most recently i have have seen so many things that stike me as odd, orignally when i moved in, there was 5 visitor parkings, 2 only being available during business hours but that has changed to 0, we are onky allowed use parkings during business hours and onjyb of we get a parking pass that can be ysed max 2 hours, but manager always is using parkings and recently sent an email stating she will not be in office any longer and we need to schedule appt for her to be in office. I can not ever have guest over and spend so much on rent and can not have that. Also alot of the letters left on doors, of Rules, she adds periodically, which are obserd, most recent being the rule of not allowing curtains in windows and those with curtains in tbeir home need to remove them, but she has curtains in all her windows. Theres alot more to add but those have been by far the most recent and weirdest.

Survey review

I've been here since December 2016 and have seen at least three different landlords. Of them multiple I've seen, Lisa is the best thus far. In terms of my thoughts of the property, I love it. Aside from the limited guest parking and limited maintenance availability, I have no complaints.
