A Fantastic Living Experience at Jefferson

Living at Jefferson has been an exceptional experience, thanks to the dedicated team that truly goes above and beyond for residents. After 3.5 years in the community, we had the opportunity to transfer into a newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, and the upgrade has exceeded our expectations. The modern renovations are stunning—tall kitchen cabinets, elegant tile work, and sleek countertops create a high-end feel. The updated flooring enhances the overall aesthetic, while the bathrooms offer a luxurious retreat, featuring double sinks, a soaking tub, and a separate shower with full slab interiors. One of our favorite surprises has been the oversized walk-in closet, spacious enough to double as a small fitness area. The private balcony offers peaceful views of green space and distant mountains, making the home feel even more special. Moving within the community was a seamless experience, thanks to the team’s organization and support. From leasing to maintenance to the grounds team, every staff member played a role in making our transition smooth and stress-free. The move-out process was fair and well-managed, with reasonable charges for our previous unit. What sets Jefferson apart is the outstanding team effort. The leasing staff ensures every detail is handled with care, answering questions with precision and making residents feel valued. The maintenance team is incredibly responsive, addressing requests efficiently and thoroughly. The grounds are always well-kept, creating a beautiful and inviting atmosphere. This place has gone down hill, way down hill!!

It takes a month to get something fixed around here. All we hear are more and more excuses after more excuses. The staff can't or won't seem to communicate with each other properly. Some tenants blatantly break the rules and the staff will not enforce the rules...and then the staff will get upset when you complain about other tenants????!!! This place is all excuses and it is more trouble than it's worth!!
