Very satisfied

I am very happy with my decision to move inot F11. Lap was so welcoming and made the move in process easy and smooth. The complex is a small community which makes it feel safe and homey. The yoga studio outside is a plus as well.

Love this Community!

Moved in here around January 2021 and have been here for a few years. Best decision I have made in a long while! Modern building, close to Gaslamp, walkable to all shops/restaurants/grocery stores. Building manager Lap is really nice and always tries to help you as much as he can. 24 hour gym, pool, jacuzzi, game room, viewing deck, dog park, BBQ garden, and much more. Cool vibes and friendly residents. Maintenance is done same-day or within 24 hours. I made a bunch of friends here and don't plan on moving out anytime soon.
