Apartments lack washer/dryer, using laundry facilities costs a minimum of $3.75 per load. A/C in units does a very poor job and is extremely expensive to run. Elevators are unreliable, frequently broken. Apartments lack hall or linen closets. Building Security is poor. No private security on premises. Frequent plumbing repairs,

For the location in downtown I like where its located because traffic isnt busy in this area.

really great location, just up against downtown but on a cul de sac on a hill so its separated from actually being IN downtown. wouldnt live anywhere else in the city besides maybe cortez hill area. maintenance staff keep up with the building cleaning very regularly. very homey. i enjoy not living in a “”luxury”” high rise with 80 floors where you have to wait 15mins for the elevator.
