This property comes off as really nice and attentive but your unit WILL have maintenance issues and it WILL take forever to get them fixed. Property management is very slow to reply even in serious situations.

We have lived here almost a year. We love the location, proximity to the freeway, walkability of the neighborhood and that it is pet friendly. Apartments are nice inside, up to date appliances, and the property as a whole is beautiful and well maintained.

Cute apartment in a amazing location. Property has potential to be better. No amenities on the property. On site laundry is sufficient enough. Response times from the property management team are mediocre at best. Seems a little bit disorganized. Majority of neighbors are friendly and respectful.
