I’ve been living here since 02/2021 and I just feel lucky to have found this apartment complex. For the most part it’s quiet, the location is so close to the freeway, and I genuinely enjoy working for Prodesse. My managers treat me well and the company culture is fantastic. The property itself has good looking remodeled units and I haven’t received a complaint in some time. A majority of the tenants sign up for long term leases and so far only 1 tenant has moved because they were unhappy with their unit. My unit personally rarely has issues, and I can easily get a maintenance tech to resolve them if I do.

I think Clarissa and Craig go above and beyond. If it was another property with a different resident manager, that is not pleasant, the experience would have been bad. But Clarissa and Craig are wonderful. They care, are responsive, proactive and go above and beyond. It is always the specific people that matters. Good people like Clarissa and Craig brings results.
