These apartments have some good features like high ceilings upstairs, a patio and in-unit washer and dryer but there are many flaws and it is nearly impossible to get management to respond to repair requests. I've lived here for 6 months and have had a 10 item long list of repairs that need to be made some of which involve privacy and security issues. I'm still waiting to have half of them addressed, meanwhile new issues come up that take nearly two months to resolve. It was also not cleaned when I moved in and the drains were clogged up with hair. These units have the potential to be really nice but management has really dropped the ball.

This is a lovely location, close to downtown, great neighbors!

I like this location but the management and owner are not responsive and do the minimum to maintain property and each individual unit. The price increases were unreasonably large and unwarranted.
