THE MANAGER AND OFFICE STAFF IS AMAZING. THE UNITS BESIDES THE NEW ONES ACCROSS THE STREET FROM THE SHOPPING CENTER ARE OUTDATED. UPPER MANAGMENT AND OWNERSHIP OF THE SHOPPING CENTER WHOAM ALSO OWN THE APPARTMENT SHOULD BE MORE PROACTIVE WITH THE HOMLESS PROBLEM AND IF COMMANDING HIGH RENTS SHOULD THEN INVEST IN THE PROPERTIES AND UPDATE THE UNITS
Oldie but goodie
The Location is excellent, near a hospital, shopping center, elementary school and a high school. The property management staff is outstanding friendly and always ready to help. The Penthouse units are in a great location. These units are for the most part pretty quiet. However the units are dated and need to come into the 2020's. The units were built sometime around 1987-1988, and would be the best units in all of salinas once upgraded. However the Management that owns the actual property needs to really step it up. The area is flooded with homeless and very minimal action has been taken by the ownership. The shopping center is in need of full time security. There has been multiple property damage reports made to the police department and both to property managment and the ownership. If these items can be corrected this would definitely be paradise. Don't get me wrong, it is a very nice place to live. I do not want to discourage anyone from not looking into moving into the area. They asked for a review and I will give an honest and truthful review. Its worth the look folks

GOOD PLACE TO LIVE. THEIR PROPERTIES IN SALINAS ARE NICE. HOWEVER THERE ARE OTHER LOCATIONS IN SALINAS THAT HAVE A FRESH UPDATED LOOK. THAT WOULD BE THE ONLY DOWNFALL TO THESE APARTMENTS. THEY ARE WAY OVERDUE FOR AN INTERIOR FACE LIFT.
