Love It!

Perfect community in West Roseville. Rent price is steep but that is the current market nowadays, however we were paying close to $3k for a 4th floor 2 bedroom apartment 2 years ago... so to now have a WHOLE HOUSE and a backyard for that price is well worth it for us. Maintanence crew are on it. Staff responds to emails and requests very fast. The bark in the backyard and front yard can be a bit boring, but is low maintanence! great for busy humans like myself. Great quality appliances, I love the fridge and wash/dryer it comes with. Enough space for furniture and rooms are a decent size with great closet space. Neighbors can be friendly but also just depends... thats anywhere in california. Fourth of July would be my only complaint, fireworks are crazy out here and multiple grass fires in the neighborhood accross the way, but outside of that everything else has been great.

I highly recommend this property for people who are looking for a peaceful and quite neighborhood. The manager is super nice and on top of her game. Maintenance guy is available like a 5 stars customer service. I wish i can add more but my family and I are happy in this community.
