The female office staff was rude, didnt follow hp with request, and didnt answer the phone. Also parking situation is ridiculous.

I live here because I had to move to this town and didn't have time to research. It's not all that, even with the "stainless steel" appliances. I noticed they were charging different rent prices for different people. I don't even have the same amenities as others and have to pay for all utilities. You will be charged for water, sewer, trash, fees, etc. even if you don't use much (it's shared and allocated by headcount). There is no gym and it's been dismantled since the pandemic. No other benefit other than it's just a place to live until I move to a place with better benefits.
