Management needs work
Maintenance can be slow to get to problems. They are fast to tow your car even if they know you live there though. Management will also charge a fee that’s not on the lease. It says if you lose rental insurance, not if they don't get the proof between 4 and 5 p.m. on Friday before a holiday weekend.
